Prior to applying for exchange of a MEDOSO product please understand how our products are made. Our products are handcrafted by the artisans and craftsman in India, which leads to each product being unique and slightly different from each other. All the products go through quality control before shipping to maintain proper standards.

EXCHANGE CAN BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE

• Design or the color of the product is not accurate to what appeared on the screen. However we make every effort to display it as accurately as possible.
• Item is defective and damaged.
• Item was tampered with or damaged in transit.
• Wrong item sent to you
• Package got lost in transit

CONDITIONS

• Exchange must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the orders.
• The product must be in its unused original condition, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging with a proof of purchase. Any signs of usage will result in the rejection for returns.
• Shipping charges for Returned and exchanged items will be borne by you.
• You can either exchange your product or get a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue and shop later.
• Can be exchanged with a product of same or higher value.
  
  

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift voucher or offer.

PROCESS

• You may contact us via email at info@esmecrystal.com for all return and exchange requests.
• Exchange/Return requests email should have order reference no. and image of the damaged / tampered / incorrect product.
• Our QC team will assess the request and if the request is authorized, an Exchange Request confirmation will be sent with the shipping address.
• Once we receive the damaged / tampered / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. You will receive the returned item within 7-10 working days.
• Incase you want a credit note, as soon as our QC team asses and approves the request we will send your credit note on your email which you can use later on any purchase within 6 months.

We are not liable for any exchanges that we were not notified about first.

Medoso Jewellery is handcrafted and thoughtfully designed, requiring a little extra care to preserve its beauty and finish. You can do that by following these simple steps:

• Wear your jewellery after applying perfume, lotions, hairspray and makeup.
• Store each piece of jewellery in a separate box / pouch. We recommend to use the ones provided by Medoso at the time of purchase.
• Remove your jewellery before bathing. swimming or exercising. Avoid contact with water, soap or detergent.
• Gently clean your jewellery, preferably with a cotton cloth. Do not rub it.
• Make sure your jewellery is not in regular contact with hard surfaces, which will scratch or wear down the plating or enamelling.
• If you wear your jewellery for significant periods of time, the plating will eventually wear down. You can have it re-plated. Please email us on medosojewellery@gmail.com.
• All stone jewellery are delicate and requires extra care while wearing in order to protect the setting as well as the stone.
